Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis)

Yerba Mate is a naturally caffeinated herb known for providing a smooth, sustained energy boost without the jitters of coffee. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, it supports mental focus, digestion, and overall vitality.

Preparation:

Traditional Method: Fill a gourd or cup ⅓ to ½ full with dried yerba mate leaves. Add warm (not boiling) water and let steep for a few minutes. Drink through a bombilla (filtered straw).

Tea/Infusion: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried yerba mate leaves in 8 oz of hot water (not boiling) for 3-5 minutes. Strain and drink.

Dosage: Drink 1-2 cups daily, or as desired for energy and mental focus.
